Can You Change Your Past?

MANIFEST WITH HYPNOSIS

MATUS HANIDZIAR

Imagine carrying a heavy backpack everywhere you go.

Every step feels harder, slower, and more frustrating.

Each brick inside represents a painful memory, regret, or unresolved moment from your past.

This was my reality—until I learned to shift my timeline.

My past wasn’t just behind me; it wrapped around me, suffocating my ability to move forward.

During my hypnotherapy training, I discovered how to consciously reposition my past where it belonged: behind me.

The relief was life-changing.

When we carry our past internally, it weighs us down.

But if we externalize it—imagine our past as something separate, like books on a shelf—we can examine, learn, and let go.

We’re no longer prisoners of those bricks; we become authors of our story.

Reframing our past is not about pretending it didn’t happen.

It’s about finding the lessons and transforming those moments into sources of strength.

This process allows us to meet our highest self—the version of us that has overcome, thrived, and found peace.

Want to know how this works?

Watch my video, where I break it all down step by step.

Your future self will thank you.

MANIFEST WITH HYPNOSIS MATUS HANIDZIAR The man on the other side of the call asks: “How much is a session with you?” Fair question—but it misses the point. “I’m not here to be a paid friend,” I say. “I’m here to help you finish this—to resolve the problem at its root so you don’t need someone like me again.” For years, I’ve seen people stuck in the cycle of therapy, revisiting the same pain without lasting progress. But real healing isn’t meant to be endless. It’s about recognizing the...

MANIFEST WITH HYPNOSIS MATUS HANIDZIAR Anxiety doesn’t come with a warning—it just shows up. I still remember the day it hit me out of nowhere, making me feel helpless and stuck. But here’s the thing: Anxiety isn’t the enemy. It’s a signal, and you can learn to work with it. There are 3 methods that have changed the game for me and my clients: → Write it out: Transform chaotic thoughts into focused clarity. → Feel it fully: Welcome anxiety like you’d comfort a child. Hold space for it. → Tap...

MANIFEST WITH HYPNOSIS MATUS HANIDZIAR You’re lying awake at night. Your body is exhausted, but your mind won’t stop racing. That awkward conversation, an unfinished email, next week’s big presentation—they all pile up like a hamster wheel spinning out of control. Why can’t you just stop worrying? The answer might surprise you: worrying isn’t just a bad habit—it’s an addiction. For years, I’ve helped clients break free from anxiety and self-doubt, and one thing is clear: we worry because our...
