Many clients come to me seeking relief from anxiety, but their true desires often involve things like self-confidence, a sense of purpose, and joy.

Therapy is about moving toward something, not just away from something.

Once we get clear on your true goals, we can address the root causes of the obstacles you face.

Obstacles like self-doubt or old patterns aren’t the real problems—they’re symptoms.

Think of it like a leaky roof.

You don’t just wipe up the water; you fix the hole.

Once we identify the root cause of your struggles, change becomes easier.

Ultimately, the most important question to ask is:

Am I working with the right person?

A good therapist or coach is someone you resonate with personally—someone who makes you feel safe, understood, and valued.
